Last November my second daughter was married. You already know how difficult it is to settle on the style you want for a wedding. Now imagine that you see weddings each weekend, all beautiful in their own way. It’s important to put a personal touch on your wedding so that it doesn’t feel generic or the same as other weddings. I did, however, look through a lot of my wedding photography to gain inspiration for the feat ahead and I came across one of my favorites. These details fit the bride’s delightful and genuine personality and coordinated so perfectly that the wedding was beautiful and had great continuity. I thought that I might share. This wedding was held at Garden Court at the Seminary.
As much as I love wedding photography, I adore engagement sessions. We take our time. There is nothing but the setting of the sun pressing our time-frame. We can go to as many venues as we want and change clothes as many times as energy allows. But really, the best part is that we have time to build our relationship. We become friends and I have really seen that translate on a wedding day into a more relaxed approach to getting pictures taken. Everyone knows what to expect and the guys especially find out that it isn’t really that ‘big a deal’ . All they need to do is “kiss the girl” How bad can that be!!
For Erin and Jake’s engagement session I met them up in Cincinnati. They were great and drove me all over and we tried all sorts of new venues. We finished on the Covington Riverfront with the Cincinnati skyline in the background…and then a great cup of coffee. Great couple, Great session!

Jillian and Kyle were ‘Romance at it’s Best!” They chose to see each other before the wedding so we scheduled a number of different and exciting locations that produced incredible images.
Thank you for a great day,
Pamela

Senior pictures are always a blast to take. They take on the personality of the subject. Rachel is a sweet, wholesome senior; so her pictures are very organic in essence. Another senior might be very edgy or unique and that is what their pictures will reflect. When we plan the session together we plan location and clothing that will represent that image and personality of the senior.

A touch of it all! Elisha and Josh did a brilliant job designing their wedding. It had EVERYTHING! It was classic, vintage, elegant, chic. It was warm and fun and it was sophisticated all at the same time. I don’t know how they had so many different feels and yet be so cohesive. Great job! Then of course, look how beautiful they are. I loved photographing this wedding and look forward to working with them in the future.
Blessings on your marriage, Pamela

Every job has is blessings and challenges. The blessing of photography is that you get to meet and know such wonderful people. Katie and Michael are no exception to that rule. The converse challenge is that I sincerely want to give them images that please them. My goal is to give them pictures that show the joy and strength of their relationship. Emotion and Motion are two standards that I look for in my pictures. I am looking forward to Katie and Michael’s wedding this spring.
